About Me...
I've had had quite the colourful Yoga journey! My qualifications include: Bikram Yoga; a 250 hour Foundation and a 300 hour Advanced Yoga Teacher Training at The Elbowroom; Pregnancy Yoga Teacher Training with Robin Sale in Santa Cruz, California; Yoga for Pregnancy, Postnatal and Womb Yoga Training with Uma Dinsmore Tuli; Yin Yoga level I & II with Josh Summers; and Pilates Mat I & II with Susan Church, Fertility Yoga Teacher Training with Sue Dumas, Yoga for the Stages of Menopause with Niamh Daly and is currently taking part in world renowned, Amy Ipolitti’s, 300hour Yoga Teacher Training at Yoga Next Door as well as a Pelvic Floor Yoga Teacher Training with Leslie Howard.
With over 18 years’ experience as a Yoga teacher I am one of the founders and lead teachers in Ireland’s most comprehensive and highly regarded Pregnancy Yoga Teacher Training at The elbowroom, Dublin, that has seen women come from all over the country, and from Europe, to attend. I also runs the hugely successful ‘Mum & Baby Postnatal Yoga Teacher Training,’ the ‘Wise Woman Training’ and the ‘Children’s Yoga Teacher Training’ at The elbowroom.
Currently I teach, Vinyasa Yoga, Pilates, Yin Yoga, Pregnancy Yoga, Mother & baby yoga, Infant Massage and Nursing Home Yoga. You will find her teaching weekly classes at Yoga Next Door, The Yoga Lounge and The Elbowroom in Dublin.
Tuning into what your needs are on the Yoga mat is my motto. Supporting women and their family’s health through Yoga is very much at the core of my teaching.
My Mission...
My mission as a Yoga teacher is to provide welcoming, accessible, fun, empowering, supportive classes, workshops, trainings and retreats whilst also creating a sense of community and connection.
I wish to share my knowledge and experience as a senior Yoga teacher so those coming to my classes will be able to discover and enjoy themselves physically and mentally in a way that inspires them to continue this truly special practice called Yoga.
