What others say...

“I was so lucky to be able to do Melissa’s pregnancy yoga classes on my fourth pregnancy. She has such a passion and wisdom in prenatal yoga and all things woman centered, that is inspiring and empowering. She brings something different to each class and I have learned so many really useful techniques and tips for labour and birth and beyond. Thanks so much Melissa!”
