What others say...

“I did mum and baby yoga with Melissa in 2017 and it was my favourite part of my maternity leave. Melissa is so knowledgeable in yoga, women's health, babies and breastfeeding. I loved the hour every week for a bit of time to focus on myself, while incorporating my baby. Highly recommend.”
