Service Description

We welcome all those that identify as a woman, its never too late to start thinking about taking care of your pelvic floor, to gain more confidence in your body’s capabilities, learn how to breathe properly, soothe the nervous system, fill your wellbeing toolkit, see & feel your strength progress, aid sleep with deep relaxations, maintain balance from head to toe, discover the benefits of props, release tension, build bone density & hydrate your cells with nourishing movement.
